Tri-County Soccer is uniquely prepared to offer soccer to just about everyone...

Tri-County Soccer is proud to have AYSO Missions, Philosophies and Programs to build a better youth organization for developing people through the vehicle of soccer... ABC's of AYSO Programs

There is a U5 Program (Age of 4 on or before 8/01 of the playing year that runs from August through June -- two seasons) that starts them early... teasching the players to touch and team development in a social environment.  The childern are at different maturity develop levels from the player that loves to go, but too shy to participate when they start each day to the child that older siblings and have been handling the soccer ball since beginning to walk.  All players are accepted,in fact we have studies showing that keeping childern with their peers best serves their social, mental and physical skills.

Developmental (Recreation) Soccer is our foundation within the community and have the widest spread of players  from U6 through U19.  AYSO was started in 1983 within the Fenton, Linden and Lake Fenton communities.  As we started our programs in cooperation with the community schools by providing goals, lining fields and soccer balls for the students.

We offer one of the few Very Important Programs (VIP) that is tailored specifically to the special needs players within the local area.  This program has been offered for many years and they even participate in a Section Tournament (Regions from Indiana and Michigan).  Through Linden Community Schools, the VIPers have gone and played a match between halves of a varsity soccer match under the lights and a public address system annoucing each player... What a Thrill for the players and Fans!!!

Adult Soccer Program is offered in the off season (June through August) with a loyal following that gives the older, but young at heart players a opportunity to kick the ball around.   Call our Adult Soccer Director for more information.

Select or Travel Soccer has been offered with our program since 2001.  With the merger of AYSO and the two travel soccer programs in the area we formed Tri-County Soccer.  Our teams play in Western Suburban Soccer League (WSSL) and Michigan State Premier Soccer Program (MSPSP)... two of the top competative youth leagues within Michigan.  We have grown our program from 9 initial teams to 28 teams for 2009/2010 Soccer Year.  Many of our teams continue to place in the top third of their league standings... many winning their divisions.  We have had over 60 players go on and play soccer beyond high school or travel club soccer. Our travel coaches have State "E" and "D" Coach Licenses or Certifications.  Even a few of our coaches hold National "D" Coach Licenses.  In all, there are over 30 licensed coaches within Tri-County Soccer.  Go to our About US and click on "Dare to Compare" page for more details on our Travel/Select Program with all the benefits and training opportunities at ONLY a fraction of the price...  2010 - 2011 Try-out Information... Referee Training and Mentoring is one of the best in the state of Michigan for training and mentoring youth and adult referees.  Not only does an individual get to understand the Laws of the Game, they have an opportunity to contribute to the growth and majority of the program.  Many individuals enjoy the exercise and social aspects of refereeing, while providing a necessary service in order to play over 400 matches per soccer year.  Why I Can't Be A Referee answers the questions we  all seem to struggle with in making a commitment.

Futsal is a program with the ideal for developing a player's technical and tactical skills for 12 weeks during January through March in a local school gymnasium. Player development may be broken down into five areas of importance. Those areas being intelligence, technical proficiency, total soccer (learn more than one position), speed of play and as always have FUN.

Training Academy with Justin Detter and trainers provides all Tri-County Soccer players an opportunity to train with an ex-MLS Professional Soccer Player, an Olympic Development Program (OPD) Coach and Certified National "B" Coach License Coach and several other excellent trainers.
